Assam and Meghalaya Flood Relief
Support families affected by Assam and Meghalaya floods
Our goal is to raise ₹10 Crore
As the monsoon arrives, the states of the Northeast succumb to misery and destruction. This year has been no exception, with Assam and Meghalaya facing one of the most devastating floods in recent history.
Over 4.5 million people are rendered homeless, with their houses inundated. They have no access to food and electricity. The situation is severely grim, with over 118 casualties and counting.
The Brahmaputra River and its tributaries are overflowing and spreading disruption everywhere, causing floods and landslides across 30 districts of Assam and parts of Meghalaya.
How will your donations be used?
The donation is utilised for providing essential services and products required by those affected, which include dry rations, cooked meals, drinking water, food for babies and pregnant mothers, etc.
Our deployed team on-ground will be responsible for support and assistance to the worst affected districts.
100% of the funds will be used to provide immediate relief to affected families. We will disclose the use of proceeds in a financial transparency report.
Donations made towards this initiative are non-refundable. Receipts will be shared over mail within 15 days from the date of donation for all donations that include valid PAN details.
