By using this website, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. They are effective from your first visit to the website.

We reserve the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently a donation campaign with or without notice. You agree that Feeding India by Zomato shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of such campaign.

The information provided on our website is for general information purposes only and should not be relied upon as the basis for making any decisions. While Feeding India by Zomato endeavours to ensure that the information on the website is accurate, complete or current, Feeding India by Zomato does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability or status of the information on the website. Any reliance on the information provided on our website will be at your own discretion. The website may contain certain historical information which is for your reference only.

Feeding India by Zomato reserves the right to make any changes to the information on the website and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor the changes made to the website. Your use of the website indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any change that may be made to these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Feeding India by Zomato disclaims any liability that might arise because of any act, omission or in connection with the use of this website.

All information contained on this website (unless otherwise indicated), including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio clips, writings, images, and photographs is copyrighted by and proprietary to Feeding India by Zomato, and may not be copied, reproduced, transmitted, displayed, distributed, altered, stored for subsequent use, or otherwise used in whole or in part in any manner without Feeding India by Zomato`s prior written consent.

The failure of Feeding India by Zomato to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions.

In addition to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy shall also govern your visit and use of this website. Any personal information you provide to us while using the website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and rules or specific terms of use relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail.

Donations

Donations made towards any initiative/campaigns are non-refundable.
The money being donated by you shall be used for the specific campaign for which the money has been donated and may also be used to meet administrative costs, such as logistics and travel expenses, etc. being incurred by Feeding India as a part of its day-to-day operations.
In the event there is any unutilised funds at the end of a specific campaign, Feeding India reserves the right to deploy such unutilised funds without any prior information towards other campaigns which fall under the objectives of Feeding India.
Currently, an average per meal cost is estimated at Rs. 15/-. However, you acknowledge that the amount may vary from program and location where such projects are being conducted and may change from time to time at Feeding India`s discretion without any prior intimation.
You confirm that any information which is provided by you at the time of contributing the donation is true and correct.
Donation certificates under tax laws:
All donations made by Indian taxpayers are eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, as per the applicable statute.
Form No. 10BE ("Donation Certificate") as required by you for the purpose of availing tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, shall be issued at the end of the relevant financial year, within the stipulated time as may be prescribed under applicable laws. It may be noted that the Donation Certificate shall be sent to you over the email address provided by you at the time of making the donation(s). In the event the Donation Certificate is not received by 31st May following the end of the financial year in which the donation has been made, you may reach out to us at contact@feedingindia.org, latest by 15th June following the end of the financial year in which the donation has been made.
It may be noted that if valid information as prescribed under the Income Tax Act, 1961 from time to time, including but not limited to PAN details, etc. are not provided at the time of making the donation, Feeding India shall be waived from the obligation of issuance of Form No. 10BE ("Donation Certificate"). Please note, without the Donation Certificate, you may not be able to claim tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 in India.
